Penelope A. Chronis has practiced exclusively in the area of Business and Family based Immigration and Nationality Law since 1987.  Penny serves individuals, employers, and institutions engaged in a variety of areas including media, manufacturing, design, research, and technology.  Penny is a Certified Specialist in Immigration and Nationality Law with the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization, and has received an AV®Preeminent™ Peer Rating from Martindale-Hubbell. Penny is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and currently serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Golden Gate University School of Law where she has taught Business Immigration Law from 2002-2017.  She served as a Commissioner on the City and County of San Francisco Immigrant Rights Commission, chairing the Policy and Legislation Committee from 1996-2001.

Elizabeth A. Kreher has practiced in the area of Business and Family based Immigration and Nationality Law since 1998.  Liz serves individuals, employers, and institutions engaged in a variety of areas including education, media, healthcare training, healthcare delivery, research, and technology.  Liz’s clients include start-ups, as well as non-profits, institutional employers, and religious organizations.  Liz heads the firm’s Healthcare Practice and provides expert immigration services in the complex area of immigration for Physicians, medical researchers, and nurses for hospitals and residency programs in the United States, as well as individual physicians and their families.  Liz is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and has served on the governing boards of several non-profit institutions.  She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Golden Gate Kindergarten Association, a leader in early childhood education serving a richly diverse community of San Francisco families.
